Good stuff.
Those apex 'cones' at Fontana are intimidating. They really don't want you to drive over the corners...
Do you have the in car video without the overdub? (Music is nice put I prefer the natural sounds of the boxer six.)
In car video is cool for seeing how other drivers do certain corners. (Talladega scares the hell out of me... )

Hey Mark -
Thanks for the fun video: nice driving.
But given that its a 911, shouldn't the background music be "light" rock?
(Duck and cover)

That was funny. But since my car is the heaviest CP Gt car it should be more like Heavy Metal.....

Oh, I thought it was JPs car!
The Lotus would obviously be "Heavy Plastic".
Mark, if you were to do an in-car camera set up today, what would you get? Would appreciate your thoughts.
Thx.

Do not get anything with a Hard Drive or a DVD type of camera. The pounding that they will take will not allow the DVD and or Hard drive to function properly. You must get something with a tape. Mini DV, Hi- 8....
Try to avoid really like cameras. They bounce a lot. If you want to add an external camera (like helmet cam) then get one with a AV input.. But those get real pricey.
I just have a $300 Canon Mini DV cam. It works pretty good.
Good luck. _________________ Mark Scott

Mark:
Is it just me or is the width way too large on the board since last Friday?
I am working on a deal on some wireless cameras. Really good resolution and uses an SD card. Not the cheapo $120 one that comes with a helmet strap for watersliding. I will know in the next two weeks...the long deal should be about $115- 120 ready to go. I'll keep you posted.

Mark and Jerry -
Thx!
Jerry, count me in for one set up when you are ready to go. Would prefer a system without sound so ya can't hear me lifting in Turn 9 at Willow: bad for the image.
