Right Hand Drive Mini at Buttonwillow

Right Hand Drive Mini at Buttonwillow

Postby MagpieMini on Thu Sep 10, 2009 7:34 am

At Buttonwillow, I will be competing in VARA Class DS1 with a right hand drive White Mini Cooper. No that is not the passenger, just me. So if you can catch me :~) look for hand signals on the right side. We had a few problems with that last month at BW during the 24 Hours of LeMons being the only right hand drive car on the track, and the smallest with the smallest engine. It was a club Mini not my racer.

I did meet one of the FV drivers at the LeMons race, she was driving a Sprite and I was happy to pass her during the last few hours of the race. We had a few good laughs during the weekend and I look forward to meeting her again both in the paddock and the track.
