I tried to use the website to get some info for a potential flagger but anything after the home page clobbers my browser. Somebody might want to have a look at it.

Try www.lbmg.org I was just in it. It should work. Go to racing schedule and their are emails address you can send to so you can get information about flagging. I hope it helps.
