All,
My family (in-laws, actually) is in somewhat urgent need of the services of a competent Attorney.

What we're looking for is someone who can help us with:
- Basic estate planning/review of whatever plans, trusts that might currently be in place
- TOD arrangements
- Some asset management, (real estate, retirement funds, etc) as it pertains to the above
- Any other "legal laundry" that I might not be aware of (as I write)

As potential clients, we are based in the Los Alamitos/Seal Beach (Southern Ca) area.

My wife's sister and her husband do exactly what you are asking for.

Martha Hoffmann is an estate attorney and her husband Neil Burns is a tax attorney who specialty is asset mangement.

They are located in Laguna Niguel, and I have contacted Ellen Fitzpatrick at their office and notified them that you might call.

Martha and Neil have done all of our estate planning (trusts etc.) and are great folks and very helpful, I am sure that they can help you.
