What we find most often.....
1. Loose B-nuts on fire bottle lines and nozzles not pointing downward.
Halon bottles must be mounted so the "straw"/pickup is toward the bottom or to the front of the car so as to be able to pick up the majority of the extinguishant.
2. Clip type seat belt/harness attaching hardware with a "lock" hole not safety wired or cotter keyed.
3. Electrical wiring or rubber hose chafing against braided steel line. Fix....separate or sleeve one or the other.
4. If using braided steel lines the appropriate AN fittings must be used for that line. No hose clamps over braided sleeve or line.
5. Current helment allowed= full face with shield SA2000 and SA2005
