From Apexspeed:

Hi there, Scott Lear here from Grassroots Motorsports magazine. We're trying to find the willing owner of a Formula Vee or a Formula Ford to join us for an upcoming test day at the Streets of Willow track in California. The date will be February 11 (Monday), and we'll be gathering driving impressions and getting photos for an article in GRM.

If you're interested and you think you'd be able to join us, please drop me a line at scott@grassrootsmotorsports.com

If you're not interested but you know someone who might be perfect for us, please feel free to get them in touch with me or vise-versa. Thanks,

Scott Lear

So...

We may be up there testing. And if so...might work. Just need to see if the engine will be back/in the car by then. And...what is required.

Hi Scott,
I might be interested in doing this. My name is Kim Madrid and I drive a Formula Vee. For the last 2 years I have been the class champion. My husband Rudy also drives a formula vee. I am driving a 1972 Caldwell D-13 this season and my husband will be driving my Zink C-4 the 2008 season. Our cars are ready to go.
Give me more info about what this will consist of. Times, track time, etc.

Kim,

Rick was just copying a post that was on the apexspeed site for any VARA people that might be interested. I did the same thing on the FV site.

Since Scott at GRM only posted on the Apexspeed site, I doubt he'd see your message here or on the FV site. Contact him and see if they want to use vintage cars for their article.
