It's a 4 wire 50 amp plug, if that's not what you've got, RV stores will have an adapter

They also have 30 amp, 3 prong outlets for smaller and/or older RV's. I can't remember if there are 15 amp outlets as well.

Cool...do we know the greatest distance from any given parking place to the next available outlet....if I remember it is not that much.

Any standard length RV plug (about 20 feet?) should reach. I pull in front first and don't have any issues with the cord reaching.

As is the WORLD STANDARD... the distance to the plug is about a foot and a half farther than your cord will reach... :-(

And if you plan on backing into the space with a trailer in tow, your cord will definately be short. Just get a spare one to be safe. nothing worse than having to run a generator all weekend long.

NO, it will not hurt to have two idnetical cords plugged in together. I do it all the time. Pick one up at camping world.. It will always come in handy... Especially at the track.

How to post photos

Postby Pen Pendleton on Mon Jun 15, 2009 10:10 am

Tim, noticed your comment about not being able to post photos. Just in case you've tried to post photos but it doesn't work, here's how to do it. Seems somewhat intuitive to use the "Choose File" window, but that's not how to do it.

When you're in post/reply mode, right under the text box is a button that says "add image to post" – it's easy to miss.

So just in case that's your issue, here's how to do it. (...so now can somebody post a photo of what one of these things looks like!)

Pen.
